1. Nature of Services
Trash Wrangler provides a scheduled convenience service involving the placement and retrieval of residential waste and recycling containers in connection with municipal pickup schedules.
Services may include:

Moving designated containers to curbside locations

Returning containers to approved storage areas
-
Optional service confirmations (such as photos or notifications)
Trash Wrangler does not haul, transport, treat, or dispose of waste and does not control municipal trash providers.
2. Standard of Service
Trash Wrangler performs services on a commercially reasonable, best-efforts basis.
Client acknowledges that:

Outcomes depend on conditions beyond Trash Wrangler’s control
-
Service is not a guarantee of municipal pickup, HOA compliance, or fine avoidance
-
Exact timing, placement precision, or uninterrupted service is not promised
Trash Wrangler’s standard of care is that of a reasonable service provider operating under similar conditions.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for:

Providing safe, unobstructed access to containers
-
Ensuring containers comply with local rules
-
Informing occupants, guests, or tenants of service timing
-
Maintaining property conditions suitable for service
Trash Wrangler may decline or defer service if access is unsafe or unreasonable.
4. Scheduling & Operational Judgment
Service schedules are based on publicly available municipal information and may change due to operational factors.
Trash Wrangler retains discretion to determine:

When service is reasonably performed
-
Whether conditions allow safe completion
-
How containers are placed or returned
Operational decisions made in good faith do not constitute service failure.
5. Weather, Safety & Emergency Adjustments
Trash Wrangler may place containers earlier than scheduled or return containers later than scheduled when reasonably necessary due to:

Severe or forecasted weather (including tornado risk, high winds, ice, snow, flooding, or extreme temperatures)
-
Emergency declarations or warnings
-
Municipal delays or safety concerns
Client acknowledges that:
-
Safety considerations take priority over aesthetics or preference
-
Weather-related adjustments are reasonable operational decisions
-
Trash Wrangler is not responsible for notices or complaints arising from such adjustments
6. Municipal & HOA Compliance
Trash Wrangler does not control:
-
Municipal acceptance of trash
-
HOA enforcement practices
-
Third-party actions or inspections
Client remains solely responsible for fines, violations, or penalties, regardless of service performance.
7. Technology & Communications
Photos, notifications, or digital confirmations are provided for convenience only.
Client agrees that:

Technology may experience outages or delays
-
Communications are not warranties of performance or compliance
-
Absence of confirmation does not imply non-performance
8. Property Conditions & Damage
Trash Wrangler is not responsible for:
-
Pre-existing damage
-
Normal wear to containers
-
Damage caused by third parties, animals, weather, or municipal equipment
-
Conditions resulting from leaking, overweight, or improperly bagged waste
9. Personnel
Services may be performed by employees or independent contractors of Trash Wrangler.
No employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship is created between Client and service personnel.
10. Billing, Credits & Cancellation

Services are billed in advance
-
No refunds for partial periods
-
Service credits, if issued, are discretionary and limited to the value of the affected service period
A service credit, if offered, is the sole and exclusive remedy for any service issue.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Trash Wrangler is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic damages
-
Trash Wrangler is not liable for lost revenue, guest dissatisfaction, business interruption, or fines
-
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by Client to Trash Wrangler in the preceding twelve (12) months
12. No Professional Reliance
Trash Wrangler does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, or professional advice.
Client agrees not to rely on Trash Wrangler for:

HOA interpretation
-
Municipal enforcement outcomes
-
Compliance determinations
13. Indemnification
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trash Wrangler LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of:

Client’s property conditions
-
Client’s failure to comply with laws or HOA rules
-
Trash contents or placement
-
Client’s reliance on service timing or outcomes
-
Reasonable operational or weather-related service decisions
14. Uncontrollable Events
Trash Wrangler is not responsible for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, labor issues, municipal disruption, or government action.
15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
16. Modifications
Trash Wrangler may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
